What locations do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, due to custom delays. We do plan to expand internationally in the near future.

What is your shipping policy?

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 business days, (Tuesday-Friday). This excludes Bank Holidays and Seasonal Holidays. UK Standard Delivery takes 2-5 business days.

Free Delivery on orders over £75.

Please allow additional delivery times during seasonal periods. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and whilst we will do everything we can to chase up delivery delays, we can not be held responsible for courier/postal delays.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Your item must be in perfect condition, unworn with all the original tags and packaging. Please ensure, you include your invoice so we can identify your order.

Please note, we do not offer free returns, therefore return shipping costs are at your expense.

We recommend using a tracked courier/postal service. We can only offer returns on receipt of the item, and can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

We will refund your purchase within 10 business days (Tuesday-Friday) of receiving your item. We are unable to refund delivery costs. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the funds.

Can I exchange my purchase?

We are currently unable to offer exchanges, as we can not guarantee current stock levels.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your initial order for a full refund, and place a new order for the item you want.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whilst we cannot guarantee to cancel your order in time, we will do our best. Once your item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. Please see our returns policy to arrange a return and refund.

How soon can I expect a response from my email or social media?

We aim to respond to your email/message within 2 business days. We are open Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm, (excluding bank holidays and seasonal holidays). If you have contacted us, please be assured that we will respond to you, during our opening hours.

What brands do you stock?

We are official stockists of Dolly and Dotty Handmade Vintage Dresses and Skirts. We have more vintage clothing brands coming soon.

Do you stock my size?

We stock sizes 6-26. Some brands offer different sizes and may vary in sizes. Please check the sizing chart located in the item description.

Size not in stock?

We are a brand new business and expanding/updating our stock levels. In many cases, we can receive the size you want within two working days. Please select to notify when in stock on the item you want, so we can look to order in your size.

Will you be adding new stock?

Yes! We are a brand new business and self-funding. We will be adding more stock, sizes and brands. Please bare with us, in our business journey. We appreciate your patience and support.

What payment options are available?

We take all major credit and debit cards. We also have payment instalment options with Clearpay and PayPal.
